Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. We care very much about the products we sell and the customer service we offer. We understand that shopping online is different from shopping in a traditional store. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return a product for an exchange or store credit.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving the product. In the email, state your order reference number and reasons for the return. We will get back to you with details of our return address. Please return the relevant item(s) in an unused state complete with tags in the original packaging, along with a note of your order number, within 7 working days of receipt of the goods for Hong Kong and Macau customers and 14 working days for International customers. Tickitey Boo Ltd. has the right not to exchange any item if we consider in our absolute discretion that the item has been opened, used or tampered in any way.
You will be liable for any charges incurred when returning the goods. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. We do not refund shipping fees on return items. The exception to this would be if the items are defective upon receipt or you have received an incorrect item.
Once we have received the item(s) you will receive a confirmation email along with a store credit voucher to be used within 3 months. You will need to use the entire amount of store credit at one go, you will not be able to carry forward any unused portion of your store credit.
Delivery for the replacement item will be waived. If, however, you choose to order other products along with the replacement item, you will be charged for delivery of those items accordingly.
