Ordering

At Tickitey Boo we aim to make the ordering process as easy as possible.

  1. Find an item you want to buy
  2. Fill in the quantity you want, and then click Add to Cart to add the item to your Shopping Cart.
  3. When you've finished shopping, click on the Cart tab, located on the top right of the screen.
  4. Once you reach the checkout screen, if you have a Promo Code or Gift Voucher Code, enter the code into the relevant box. Choose your shipping destination and then click the Proceed to Checkout button.
  5. If you are an existing Tickitey Boo customer, please enter your username and password and click Login.
  6. If you are a new Tickitey Boo customer, you will need to register your details. Registering makes it easier to place orders in the future. The online instructions will guide you through the registration process. You have the option to continue shopping without registering too, but you will still need to input your personal details.
  7. Once you are logged in as either a new or existing customer, or have entered all relevant information, you will then proceed to the Order Review and Payment page.
  8. When you have reviewed your order you will need to click on Pay and enter your payment.
  9. As soon as your payment is successful, you should see a message confirming that your order has been placed and is being processed.
  10. An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours noting that your order has been received and that your payment is being verified and processed. An order number will be provided. You must check that all the details on the confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if anything is incorrect. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order. All orders made by you through the website are subject to acceptance by us and product availability. Acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch your goods. If you have any queries, please contact us at info@tickitey-boo.com.
  11. An email will be sent to your registered address once goods are dispatched.

Payment

All prices and charges are listed in Hong Kong dollars. The currency converter link shown on the website is strictly for reference only and may differ from the amount that will appear on your credit card statement. Your final order amount will be billed in Hong Kong dollars.

Paying for your order at Tickitey Boo is a simple process.  We have an option to suit every shopper’s need. Method of payment can be chosen during the checkout process.

Visa, Master Card, China Union and Ali Pay

We accept Visa and Master Card payment through Paypal. You do not need a PayPal account to use the service. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.

All China Union & Ali Pay payments are done through AsiaPay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. 

All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Direct Bank Transfer

Please follow instructions at checkout for a simple direct deposit. This facility is only available to Hong Kong based customers.

For direct deposit, funds need to be received within 3 working days of purchase. If funds are not received within this timeframe you will be contacted and the order may be cancelled. Your order cannot be dispatched until all funds are cleared.

We do not accept personal cheques or money orders.
