Deliveries to Hong Kong and Macau
We believe in offering our customers the best possible value. Unlike most online shops we do not charge a flat rate for delivery but rather charge you according to the actual weight of the products you buy. We currently offer delivery to China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. Delivery is charged according to the weight of your order, which will be calculated within your basket before you continue to checkout. When ordering with us, you must comply with all import laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We are unable to calculate local customs/ import duties and taxes with international deliveries and are not liable for these costs. You may be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country. Authorities may apply customs/ import duties and taxes, which must be paid by you before you receive your goods. Please note that delays can occur during customs clearance that is beyond our control.
Direct Gift Delivery
Goods can be delivered directly to the person of your choice, which is ideal for sending gifts. Simply fill in the name and address of the intended recipient in the 'delivery address' page at the checkout stage. Don't worry, the invoice will not be sent with the parcel, but will be sent to you at the billing address.
We make every effort to dispatch your order as soon as possible. The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. If you are not at the shipping address at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect the parcel or arrange re-delivery.
All of our deliveries require a signature upon delivery; as a result we are unable to delivery to PO Boxes. Please note that delivery schedule excludes Public Holidays. Deliveries can be delayed due to circumstances out of our control, such as tropical typhoons, customs and/or duty regulations, etc. In these instances, you will be informed of the delay and the new delivery time.
If goods are returned to us due to the refusal of a customer to pay local taxes and/or any other local charges, or the provision of an incorrect address, or numerous failed delivery attempts, we will issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee and 15% of the order value as handling fee. We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed at a further cost.
